The Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) is proud to sponsor access to a curated set of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Standards for licensed technicians and businesses.
As part of our commitment to supporting industry excellence, ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL) and Refrigerant Trading Authorisation (RTA) holders can now access key RAC Standards by submitting the form below to receive a voucher code. This code provides mobile-only access to the standards via the Standards Australia mobile app.
These Standards provide in-depth guidance for the most common types of work undertaken in the refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC) industry, such as specifying, designing and installing RAC equipment, also servicing and repairing and end-of-life decommissioning of this equipment.
Standards included in this set are referenced in Section 135 of the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Regulations 1995 (Cth). Licensed refrigeration technicians are required to comply with these Standards as part of the terms of their licence.
