Airvision (WA) technician Joe Roscoe followed in the footsteps of his father who is also a fridgie.
“I completed school last year in 2022 and I didn’t really have any idea of what I wanted to do, but I knew being a tradie suited me best,” Joe said. “Since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt so much. I am learning more and more each week.” Joe said there are a multitude of things that make his job great.
“Getting out and about with the other chiller technicians is good. We have a few laughs and I get taught new skills,” he said. “The most challenging part of the job is learning the different ways each technician works plus there is a lot to learn about chillers.”/p>
Joe wants to learn as much as he can from the more experienced technicians and get a better understanding of the commercial HVAC market.
